Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy (Within 7 Days)

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition as received

  • Unused and not operated, installed, filled, or connected

  • Not damaged, altered, or tampered with

  • Accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and safety seals

  • In its original packaging

  • Supported by the original invoice or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Products that have been operated, installed, connected to gas systems, or have had their safety seals broken will not be eligible for return.

Products sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, customers will receive detailed return instructions and the authorized return address.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery. In case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect item received

The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence. We will assess the case and proceed with one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Alternative appropriate resolution

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our industrial gases and equipment business, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gas cylinders once dispatched from our warehouse

  • Compressed or flammable gases

  • Hazardous or chemical materials

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Installed or operated equipment

  • Electrical spare parts once packaging is opened

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)

These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Exchange Policy

If a customer wishes to exchange an unused product:

  1. Submit a return request in accordance with the above policy

  2. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a new purchase order may be issued for the replacement item

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • The customer will be notified whether the return is approved or rejected

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note that some banks or card issuers may require additional time to reflect the transaction

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and the amount has not been received, please contact:
