A Nonflammable Propellant for Commercial Aerosol Formulations.
Freon 134a propellant is a nonflammable propellant, and can be:

• Mixed with other propellants to produce a limited range of nonflammable propellant blends.
• Used to reduce the flammability of aerosol formulations.
• Stable for use in most aerosol formulations.

Although Freon 134a is suitable for commercial applications, it is not used as a propellant in retail personal care products.
