Opteon™ XP30 R514A

Opteon™ XP30 (R-514A) is a non-ozone-depleting, low-GWP hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) based refrigerant developed as a replacement for R-123 in low-pressure centrifugal chiller systems. It is a stable, nonflammable azeotropic blend with zero temperature glide, offering a close capacity and efficiency match to R-123.

Opteon™ XP30 offers a GWP roughly 97% lower than R-123, supporting new and retrofit chiller designs. As a B1-classified refrigerant it carries a higher toxicity rating than A-class refrigerants — service and store per applicable local codes and manufacturer guidance.
